Rough Clean
The first phase begins when all of the necessary electrical, plumbing, and framing has been completed. The first and most important stage in this phase is to remove large items, such as debris, trash, leftover materials, and other items that cannot be vacuumed. After that, sweeping or vacuuming will be done. This phase also includes the removal of stickers from doors and windows, but not the cleaning.
POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
DEEP CLEAN
This is the most labor-intensive step of the post-construction cleaning process, and it necessitates a large amount of cleaning equipment and materials. Rooms that serve a specific purpose, such as restrooms and kitchens, are being given special attention. On this phase, sinks, toilets, windows, cabinets, and air ducts are just a few of the installed components that will be completely cleaned. Cleaning of the items with removed stickers, from the first phase are also addressed here.
POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
FINAL TOUCH
The Final Touch, happens a few days after the second phase, for the reason that dust and dirt may still settle; with this, the cleaning crew will still have time to pay more attention to the final clearing of dust. Because the common things that are cleared on this point are smudges, fingerprints, and other faults from the areas that were cleaned in the previous phases, this phase takes less time than usual.
